Daniel Dae Kim, identified for starring in hit exhibits akin to Hawaii 5-O and Misplaced, is ready to star within the sequence adaptation of the graphic novel Butterfly.

Initially printed by BOOM! Studios in 2015, the graphic novel was created by Arash Amel, written by Amel and Marguerite Bennett, and illustrated by Antonio Fuso and Stefano Simeone.
Ken Woodruff is co-creating the sequence with novelist Steph Cha. Each may also function govt producers. Stephen Christy and Ross Richie are govt producing Butterfly for BOOM! Studios, with Amel govt producing through The Amel Firm. Adam Yoelin serves as co-executive producer. Amazon Studios will produce, with 3AD at the moment below a first-look TV deal at Amazon.
The sequence can be filmed in South Korea and have each Korean and English dialogue, mentioned sources.
Kim, an American actor of Korean descent, mentioned he’s excited to be a part of Butterfly which is a world story set in his native Korea. “With Stephen Christy, BOOM!
