Veteran actor Vikram Gokhale passes away at 82, Ajay Devgn mourns his demise


New Delhi: Veteran movie, tv and stage actor Vikram Gokhale has handed away after extended sickness on the age of 82. The actor was in a essential situation from the previous few days and breathed his final in Pune’s Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital.

Condoling his demise, actor Ajay Devgn wrote, “Sir brought a lot of gravitas to the roles he essayed. He always stood tall. I had the good fortune of sharing screen time with him. Actor Aly Goni took to Twitter and condoled his demise. “May god rest your soul in peace sir,” he wrote.

Gokhale has acted in a number of Marathi and Bollywood movies, together with 1990 Amitabh Bachchan-starrer ‘Agneepath’ and 1999 movie ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ starring Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
